Dr. Prakash Khubchandani, MD

Founder and Managing director

Dr. Prakash Khubchandani is Founder and Managing Director of Khubchandani Group which is diversified into Healthcare, Real Estate Development, Hospitality, Education, Retail and Leisure.

He has successfully run a large construction company and has built over 5 million sq. ft. for various multinational clients and architects and has successfully developed several real estate projects in Mumbai and Bangalore and several other projects are currently being implemented, some along with multi-national associates.

Tanya Khubchandani Vatsa, MPH

Director of Strategy & Business Development

Tanya Khubchandani is our Strategy and Business Development leader. She has previously gained experience in Business Development at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York, and in healthcare operations at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY.

Tanya has an undergraduate degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She further specialized in healthcare organization and management during her Masters of Public Health at Columbia University. She is an ardent supporter of improved healthcare access for Indians domestically and globally.

Anil Pinto, MHHIA, MBA

DGM Projects

Anil Pinto has 12 years of diverse experience in healthcare, infrastructure and the hospitality industry. During his tenure he has worked across the divisions of operations, projects, project finance & controls, strategy, business alliance and international business. He holds a Masters degree in MHHIA and MBA (Finance) from Manipal University in India.

Anil currently manages the group's healthcare and hospitality projects. He has a strong commitment to create and provide world class healthcare facilities in India.

Dr. Sachin Wagh, DHA, DPH, AFIH, MBBS

GM Hospital Design & Projects

With more than 16 years experience, Dr. Sachin Wagh works in the areas of Hospital Planning, Designing and Projects. Dr. Wagh did his Public Health course from LTMGH Mumbai and Hospital Administration from TISS – Mumbai. He has been actively involved in designing of hospital space of upwards of 1.2 Million Sq. Ft.

Shaun Khubchandani,

Financial Advisor

Shaun Khubchandani is an investment professional at Siguler Guff, a multi-strategy private equity fund with over $10.0 billion of assets under management. Shaun's primary focus is on investments in the healthcare, emerging markets and limited partner secondaries space. Prior to joining Siguler Guff, Shaun worked at Citigroup's technology media and telecommunications investment banking division.

Shaun holds a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Robert Day School of Economics and Finance at Claremont McKenna College. He will be pursuing his Masters in Business Administration at Harvard Business School this coming fall.
